The Baobab center gave me a little graduating party!! It was so sweet! Today was my last day of classes, and they had a fete in my honor. I was touched and Al Hassan and Djeineba gave speeches about me and being a scholar and the Rotary program, and then I had to give a speech in french. Everyone knows how much I love to give speeches. Everyone from the Baobab Center was there, and it was so thoughtful. I don’t know if I’ve ever attended a fete in my own honor, I was so embarrassed. Everyone was congratulating me and discussing what I will be doing this next year, but it was so sweet. I also received many compliments on my language speaking abilities… lol they were even discussing how well I spoke with different tenses. I was really touched though, the Baobab Center has really become my second home and place that I always feel very welcome at. And now that my language training classes are done, off to the university!
